How to get an audition for a movie at Disney?

Wouldn't it be magic to feature in a great, family, Disney movie? Even if its not for yourself, but imagine your kid on the big Disney screen… Walt, Mickey, Donald… and you. Think about it, and then again, snap out of it, and lets get straight to the facts of auditioning at Disney for their lovely movies.

Disney is in one respect just like any other major studio, they dont hire actors or any other talent for their movies directly. You dont need to stalk Pocahontas with your or your childs resume and headshots, for movies they always go through casting agencies. So here again, get a talent agency, and go with the flow of any other movie audition.

Consider for a moment not to go straight to the movies, dont go immediately for the movie audition at the Disney Studios. It is a very large company, and working close to it gives you much needed experience and, more important, an inside look, you may hear about new auditions, smooze with important people…
